Burger Buns
Ingredients
- Flour, all-purpose - 3 1/2 cups (420g)
- Water, lukewarm - 3/4 to 1 cup (170g to 227g)
- Butter, room temp - 2 tablespoons (28g)
- Egg, large - 1
- Sugar 1/4 cup (50g)
- Salt - 1 1/4 teaspoons
- Yeast, Instant - 1 tablespoon (9g)

Butter glaze
Butter, Melted - 3 tablespoons (43g)
Seed topping
Egg White, large - 1 Water, Cold - 2 tablespoons
Notes
For best results use the smaller amount of water in summer and the larger amount in winter and something in the middle the rest of the time.
For added richness and colour, add the yold left over from spearating the egg to the dough above.
